As we embark on 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on Enhance West Van’s achievements over the past year. It has been an exceptional year, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to our community for your ongoing support and commitment to making West Vancouver a vibrant, inclusive, and connected place to live. Our success is only possible because of your support.

In October, we once again hosted PumpkinFest, one of West Vancouver’s most beloved community celebrations. This signature fundraiser brings together families, volunteers, local businesses, community partners, and elected officials to celebrate the spirit of community while raising vital funds to enhance programs, services, and equipment at the West Vancouver Community Centre, Aquatic Centre, and Ice Arena.

We also continued to foster meaningful conversations through our Forums for Dialogue and Learning events, where local experts shared insights on timely topics such as Wildfire Preparedness and Healthcare in Our Community.

Thanks to your generosity through donations, sponsorships, and volunteer contributions, we were able to fund a wide range of programs that promote health, inclusion, and community connection. These initiatives have made a real difference in the lives of individuals and families across West Vancouver. Highlights include:

As we look ahead, Enhance West Van remains deeply committed to advancing equitable access, supporting strong community facilities, and amplifying local voices. We’ve learned that collaboration is at the heart of impact and together, we can continue to build a more connected, compassionate, and active community for all.
