West Vancouver PumpkinFest is annual signature fundraiser that ultimately helps support and sustain all the enhanced programs and services that we offer to meet the greater needs in our community.
Every year Enhance West Van fundraisers to support a number of enhanced programs and services at the Community Centres. Below is a list of programs and services that are currently being funded by Enhance West Van:
- The Welcoming and Inclusive Communities Program – supporting newcomers
- Summer Camp Inclusion Program – sponsoring children who need support
- Cancer Thrivers program
- Summer Work Experience and Adventure Program for youth (SWEAP)
- Youth Pre-employment Program (PEP)
- Shower Program
- Movement Therapy programs – supporting disabled children and youth requiring tailored assistance.
- Live Music Series
- Indigenous Arts and Culture programming for children and families
- RiseUp Youth & RiseUp Parenting/Caregiving program
- Intro to Hockey for Kids with Autism
- 2SLGBTQIA+ Recreation Opportunities
